Do you offer a guarantee?

We offer a 12 month guarantee on every pair of Backdoorshoes® from the purchase date for normal wear. This includes a no split guarantee within the 12 months period. The fact is they don't split like many others made from rubber. If however our shoes are exposed to extreme heat and shrink we cannot honor a replacement pair. All packaging advises not to expose the shoes to extreme heat. 

What is your sizing like?

Our shoes are accurate to size.  For half sizes we recommend ordering up 1 size.

If you are in-between sizes you can also add an extra insole to take up slack, this is like wearing a thicker sock.

 How do I care for my Backdoorshoes®?

Our unique foam material will slowly mold to your unique foot shape and your Backdoorshoes® will fit like a glove in no time.

Your Backdoorshoes® are totally waterproof : Ideally hand-wash them in cold or luke-warm soapy water, or the washing machine, just don't use hot water as this may damage the foam material. Insoles can be washed in the washing machine on a low temperature.

Backdoorshoes® should not be left exposed to high temperatures. High temperatures will shrink your Backdoorshoes® so keep them completely in the shade outside or just leave them inside!

 My clogs have become a little squashed, how do I reshape them?

Don't panic they are practically indestructible!

This is an easy one : simply blow your clogs with a hair dryer on warm/hot for just 40 seconds to a minute from around 4 inches away. You'll see them magically pop back into shape.

 

What are Backdoorshoes® made from?

Our shoes are made from a unique special formula of expanded foam - no rubber at all! It's a foam-like substance has been chosen for its durability, meaning it will not perish or crack.

 

 

How do I refund or exchange?

Ordered the wrong size:

The most cost effective and planet friendly way is to find a friend or family member with the right size feet for the shoes you have and order another pair!  We thank you if you manage to do this.

Reorder and return:

The swiftest solution is to immediately order the ones you'd like and simply post the unwanted shoes back at your convenience with a note for us to refund and your order number etc.

Return and exchange:

If that's not possible simply put your Backdoorshoes® back in the post and include your name, address, order number and preferred size and we will replace the original shoes with your preferred size (please note shoe exchange is only possible with shoes that are unworn).

 

What if I wish to return my shoes?

If your shoes are unsuitable please return to us with your order number and details for a refund to be issued. We will refund you right away.

 Is there a time limit to exchange my Backdoorshoes®?

No, the only criteria is that your shoes are not worn. If this is the case, we will happily exchange them by return. 

 

What are your delivery timescales?

 

We fill orders daily, the latest your order will go out is next day.
